  • As an infant seep consultant I provide support to achieve your goals for your child’s sleep. I consider what works well and what could be changed to make improvements to achieve your sleep goals. I ensure the methods I use are applied appropriately, so that the chosen approach is right for each age group. My expertise is ratified through professional qualifications and I always use parent-directed sleep planning, combined with gentle sleep training which is entirely evidence-based, meeting the needs of both parents, babies and young infants.

  • I consider myself to be a gentle sleep trainer, opting for the most gentle and appropriate sleep training method for you and your little one. I do not believe in a ‘cry it out’ approach and prefer to support your little one to learn to self soothe an to develop the ability to maintain a full, rested night’s sleep. I work with children rom 5 months old up until 5 years old and take into consideration any health conditions.

  • No, absolutely not. my approach aims to support infants to learn and develop their self soothing skills, at the same time as equipping you, as a parent, to fully support meaningful change. in fact, when we as parents are more rested, we have more patience and feel more able to manage the day to day challenges parenting entails. Your child too will feel more rested and will be able to regulate their emotions far more effectively.

  • I am a certified OCN sleep consultant with extensive training and remain part of a sleep consultancy academy. This continued accreditation ensures that I remain up to date with current research, which guarantees that the parents I work with are utilising the latest evidence for sleep training their child.

    I remain a registered Social Worker and have 15 years of experience working with families with varying support needs. In addition I am a qualified Practice Educator, successfully helping students to qualify as Social Workers. In addition, I hold a Theraplay qualification.
